Kia ora. As a counsellor on the North Shore, I specialize in supporting individuals through stressful times and life's transitions. I'm so glad you've found your way to my profile, as recognizing the need for support is an incredibly courageous first step towards healing, personal growth, and positive transformation.
I am an experienced, highly qualified and person-centred counsellor. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth. My approach is founded on compassion and non-judgment, ensuring a truly safe space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings, and where you'll always feel heard and understood.
Recognising that your path is unique, I draw from a rich blend of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, Gestalt therapy, and art therapy, alongside mindfulness practices.
My expertise is backed by a Master’s Degree in Counselling with Distinction from the University of Auckland, along with specialist certifications in these modalities, honed through studies both here in New Zealand and internationally, to offer you the most effective support.

My location

My consulting room is conveniently located in Hauraki, close to Takapuna and easily accessible from the motorway. 
I welcome in-person clients from the North Shore, Central Auckland, and the Hibiscus Coast and also work online.
