Recognising that your path is unique, I draw from a
rich blend of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
narrative therapy, Gestalt therapy, and art therapy, alongside mindfulness
practices.
My expertise is backed by a Master’s Degree in Counselling with
Distinction from the University of Auckland, along with specialist
certifications in these modalities, honed through studies both here in New
Zealand and internationally, to offer you the most effective support.
